Just curious... has the DOJ ever batted around the idea of doing subscriptions? (ie a subscriber pays on a monthly basis to have everything Hero publishes that month sent to him or her.) With the new emphasis on the online store, you might think about something like this.
Of course this creates some administrative issues, but from what I can tell on the 'boards there are a group of diehards that would buy everything that comes out anyway. This way you'd have some sense of what your cash flow would be beyond the usual projection created by past sales, etc.
As usual, you guys have probably already been here and done this.
But just in case you haven't...
