How do you do it? When I create a Naked Modifier and go to insert an advantage, Reduced Endurance is missing.

Actually the best way to do it is not via the Naked Modifier.
The best way is by buy STR as a power. Even with 0pts you can add the reduced END advantage and select apply modifiers to base.

In order to add Reduced Endurance as a Naked Modifier, you need to check the Uses END box on the Naked Modifier dialog. This indicates that the Power to which the Modifier can apply has an END Cost.

I think you have to select Self Only under Naked Modifier. I think that is the key. I forget the trick...I had the same issue for a while...

Ok...first of, nblade is right: the best way is not to use a Naked Modifier at all, but (rather) to buy STR as a Power and apply Reduced END to it. If you want to have all of your STR be 0 END, then simply check "Add Modifiers to Base Characteristic" -- all the points will be calculated accordingly and the END cost displayed for your STR on the characteristics tab will be correct.

If, for whatever reason, you want to build a Naked Modifier for 0 END, you need to make sure that the "Uses END" check box is selected.

The initial selections in the Naked Modifier dialog (Uses END, Range, Duration, Target) set the basic attributes of the Power for which the Modifiers will be applied.....in other words, they dictate which Modifiers will be available. Reduced END is only available for Powers which cost END to begin with.

Hope this helps!

"...check the Uses END box..."
"...select Self Only..."

Done and done. Nope and nope. (Those are both set by default, by the way).

Oh there it is. You have to set Target to N/A.

Errr...if you're still talking about "Reduced END", I'm afraid you're wrong. It doesn't pay any attention to the "Target" attribute....only to whether the ability uses END or not. I show it as being available on a Naked Modifier whenever "Uses END" is checked, regardless of the other settings.
