When will the book be available for purchase again in the Online Store? I realise that there are damaged versions available, but dammit, I want a new one! ;)

Any date on a reprint?

We don't have a precise date yet; when we do, we'll post an announcement. ;)

I vote for soon... I missed out the first time - my local store was unable to ever order one for me - the distributor send 3 copies of the original 5e, however. The owner was not thrilled with that.

We are fairly reliably told that both the interiors and the covers are done. Now they just need to be attached to each other and sent out the door. Keep in mind- due to the delay and the sizable pent-up demand, this print run will no doubt go quickly. We are already scheduling the *next* reprint, so hopefully the next wait won't be as long, but you may want to make a point of grabbing one from this run pretty quickly. dw

So print run #1 of 5ER is sold out and runs #2 and 3 are in planning stages.

This is great news!

Out of curiosity, how many print runs did FREd go thru?

Four. So 5ER print run #1 was really the 5th of 5th. (It's not really a fair comparison, as not all print runs are the same size. The biggest print run we ever did by units was #2 of 5th back in spring '02, when it became clear that our conservative estimate for run #1 wasn't going to last us very long. ) dw

5ER hit the trucks this very morning in Kansas, and will be here either Friday or Monday. Woo and hoo. Get yer copies quick, whether through us or your FLGS, 'cause I bet this run won't stick around very long either. (We're already working on the third printing.) dw

Kansas? Ok, I need location so I can steal those crazy Mad Max fans idea and hijack the shipment! It could be next door :)

Darren,

Plz set aside a copy for me - I mailed my order yesterday, but you know how US Mail works... erratic at best!

You're on the list of people to have books set aside.

"Are we there yet, are we there yet?"

Finally decided to upgrade from 4th edition to 5th, and the online store is empty. Same with Sidekick (that gets highly recommended.)

We are there yet. 5ER is back in the Online Store and is shipping out to distributors once again.
