Bug: Normal Range for Mental Powers

I'm experiencing a glitch when I've chosen the limitation "Normal Range" on a mental power. If I go back in to edit the power, "Normal Range" is deselected. I have to reselect it each time.

The deselection does not occur when I close and reopen the character, or when I close and restart the application.

None of the other limitations set for mental powers seem to do this except "Normal Range".

I've got that fixed and will include the fix in the next update.
