Since we're planning to debut Pulp Hero this summer, and I've started main work on the book today, it's time to roll out a new forum. Enjoy, and let us know what you think!

This is for me the most anticipated product since the ressurrection of the Hero system. I am just in a tizzy.

Excellent genre, Steve, and thanks for giving it a forum.

By the way, here's a link for a buddy's at-times-active pulp-era PBEM, "Odyssey League". He's Wolfjack here on the boards, but he frequents only rarely. Linky. (http://www.brighthouse.ca/lee/odyssey/)

Yes!!

And I don't know if I should ask this, but will there be any connection between the 'Pulp' book and the larger Champs Official Universe? I'd love to play heroes going up against the 20's-30's DEMON or the Unholy Order. Besides, some of my superheroes had ancestors/relations active in the pulp era. I'd like to explore just what their lives were like.

FenrisUlf -- not in PH itself, really, because it's a genre book. Once we get into some of the setting-oriented supplements, you'll see some connections. F'rex, we've mentioned Dr. Fang and his Legion of Evil/Crime in at least two books; you'll see him detailed in Masterminds And Madmen.

I got into HERO System through Justice, Inc., so you can bet I'm very pleased.

Rep to you, Mr. Long.

I can't believe I missed this earlier today. Somebody must've clouded my mind so I could not see it!

Man, pulp sucks. I was drinking some orange juice this morning, and this hunk of junk got caught in my throat. Pulp is nasty.

To "Armless Tiger Man", Hmm Should we blame "KA" for your "mind clouding incident ?

Oh Grumble ! That comment should have been addressed to "Beetle" ! There may be a whole lot of mind clouding going on here ! But then I have been told that "my mind is weak" by some Asian guy in a funny robe !

I agree with AimlessTigerMan! This genre book will be as grand as the Grand Hotel!
I'm ready to do the Puma and pounce on a copy of Pulp Hero!!

At last, Indiana Jones could work side-by-side with Sam Spade in a slugfest against Nazi neerdowells!!!

I can hardly wait 'till it's realeased!!!!
