Did not see anything against it on the FAQ, but it is early and I have had but 1 cup of coffee...
I believe it is legal to buy Duplication, Costs End (Every Phase), Reduced END (Half END). If it is not, then I need more coffee. If it is, I still need another cup of coffe but also HD does not give me the Reduced END advantage after I checkmark the Costs End Every Phase box (Yes, mono, I checked *after* I checkmarked the Costs end every phase box...I have had at least 1 cup of coffee).
