I asked this in another board and was advised to inquire here so:
Accurate autofire limits the penalty to -1 instead of -1 per hex.
Skipover Sprayfire has the 'normal' penalty of -1 per target hex.
Does this mean if both skills are used then there is only a total of -1 to OCV?
