Looks like it works to me. Any specifics you wanted help with?

I still have a few points to spend, so anything that would fix the character concept.

I think you want to buy the no range limit on the Chimera's fire-breath. This'll give you some extra points you may want to spend increasing it's damage (10-12d6 ?) and maybe buying more charges.

If it applies, you might consider adding the limit below(unless the fire breath is magical etc.). I use this limit as a catch-all to represent most fire based powers.

Traditional Fire Limits: will not work underwater; may spread uncontrollably, etc. (-1/2)

To represent three minds in one body:

Skill Levels with EGO roll - surprising how easy it is to make every Breakout Roll immediately. special effect: one mind is mind-controlled, another takes over.

Rapid Senses - special effect: three minds looking at the same perceptions.

INT and EGO - you've bought down INT and spent nothing on EGO; yet you've got 3 INTs and 3 EGOs in there.

Cramming, x 3 - for those minor skills everyone has, for all three minds.

Lack of Weakness - vs. Normal, Resistant, & Analyze: Style. special effect: three different minds with three different styles of combat.

To make the character more effective:

CSLs

Defense Maneuver

Rapid Attack - hand-to-hand

Breakfall, Climbing, Concealment, Survival

How about 360 degree vision to represent that the heads are always looking around?

Knockback Resistance is a good thing for a brick to have.
