I want to by some additional recovery as a power that only adds to the recovery of stun and not to the recovery of endurance or the gradual recovery of body. Are there any offical game limitations to go by? If not, how would you guys rate the limitation?

Buy Recovery as a power at the normal 2 for 1 rate and give it the Limitation: Only For Recovering Stun. Probably worth somewhere between (-1/2 and -1) I would imagine.

I would say -1/2. BODY recovery doesn't happen often, and you can usually buy enough END to not have to worry about that, and there are always reduced END and Charges to help out your END costs.

If the character makes a lot use of his END, then a -1 would be appropriate. If not (such as a character that doesn't use END due to Charges or an END Reserve), then a -1/2, maybe even a -1/4 is almost all of the character's Powers don't rely on his own END.
