I'm not sure who to mention this to directly, and I'm probably just succumbing to my obsessive-compulsive disorder ;), but the clock on this board is ten minutes slow.... :)

It is part of Foxbat’s nefarious plan to rob the National Union Bank by making the people of Millennium City think it is actually 10 minutes earlier than it really is. Unfortunately for Foxbat he was hoping to make the people think it was 10 minutes later so that he had those few extra minutes to slip into the NUB vault before the time-locks locked it down. :)
