Sweet god man! Are you trying to drive him over the edge!?!?!
Though a nice dry-cleaning function would be handy

Simple,
1. Install Hero Designer on a server or any large and heavy computer.
2. Place clothes on a flat surface.
3. Spray your clothes with water or starch (your choice).
4. Place computer on top of clothes, please choice flat side for best results.
5. THERE IS NO STEP 5.
6. Launch Hero Designer, open about 100 characters, really get the CPU and Memory running hot.
7. Move computer and clothes as needed.
or spend one point on a iron :).
Clothes Iron: +3 COM (2 Active Points); OAF (-1), Clothes Only (-1) (added to Primary Value)
Cost: 1

I was going to post a very complex template edit to get it to do what you want, but I like Mike's solution more.
Once again, showing the flexibility of HD :D

My mistake, an iron cost 3 points :D .
Clothes Iron: (Total: 7 Active Cost, 3 Real Cost) Remove Wrinkles: +3 COM (2 Active Points); OAF (-1), Clothes Only (-1) (added to Primary Value) (Real Cost: 1) plus Hot Surface: Killing Attack - Hand-To-Hand 0d6 +1 (plus STR) (vs. ED), (5 Active Points); OAF (-1) (Real Cost: 2)
Cost: 3

I recall Dan giving details on how to get HD to make coffee and do the dishes before.

The iron needs more limitations:
1) Requires Skill Roll.
2) Side-Effect on Failed Skill Roll - transform clothes to burnt material.
Dumb character idea: The new Iron Man. "Iron Man, Iron Man, does whatever an iron can!"

I was able to load mine into my microwave's software. This sucker can cook anything in notime. It always comes out balanced as well! :D
