I am working on a character that has the ability to travel from one place to another by traveling in what he refers to as the psychic plane. He is not a mentalist (more of a cyborg) and can appear on and influence the real plane whenever and where ever he desires. The problem is that this travel is part flight and part teleportation in the sense that he cannot control his velocity while traveling, only the point that he emerges at. At one time it could take him tem minutes to travel ten miles, then again it could take ten minutes to travel one thousand miles. What I am wondering is how I could create this kind of inconsistancy in the standard 350 point character. I greatly appreciate any assistance from your great creative powers in Heroverse.
