With a Drain attack, or a no-range EB/Flash/etc., would you use ranged combat levels, or HtH combat levels? I am assuming the latter... the question has come up in regards to a MPA that a player is trying to put together, which would contain a martial arts manuever and a linked drain/no-range flash attack.
For example, might use the Sumo Shove or Slap, with the Sumo Yell, described below.
