I was wondring why Millenium City wasn't for sale in the online store? I tried reloading but no Millenium City. I have no decent local gaming store so, I have been buying all my hero stuff from you guys online.

Thanks

Diashan,

Items don't normally appear in the online store for a couple of months (or more) after their intial release to allow all of the FLGSs and online retailers to distribute the products first.

This raises retailer awareness of Hero Games (DOJ) products, which is essential for the company (and the gaming system) to grow and thrive.

If you want to buy MC online, I'd highly recommend FRP Games. They're very reliable, friendly, and quick. Plus, they discount all of the cover prices on their books! You can visit the Hero Games section of their site here. (http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_list&c=32)

We normally wait five months before putting one of our own products in the online store. That gives the retailers first crack at selling it and keeps them happy -- in the long run, the healthier the retail end of the industry is, the better for Hero Games as a whole. We'd rather you buy from a retailer (even an online retailer) than from us, if you can.

Thanks I'll give them a try. Didn't realize I was that far behind when I bought into the fifth edition(5 months :o).

Look for the Bestiary to be reprinted around the time Fantasy Hero hits the shelves. If memory serves, that's what Darren said the plans were a month or so ago.

We'll be reprinting the Bestiary fairly soon; we want to have it in stock when Fantasy Hero hits the shelves this summer.

In the meantime, though, there should still be some copies floating around in the retail end of the chain, if you look hard enough. I'm pretty sure I saw one or two at Powell's Books in Portland, OR last month, for example.
