PERK_TEXT doesn't include the Name

I was looking through the exported tags, but didn't see PERK_TEXT (or SKILL_TEXT) that seem to be used in most of the default export templates. It does not, unlike skills and powers, include the Name given to the Perk in italics. For example my named base is just "Base" and my "Local Sheriff" (to be named later) is just "Contact". Is there an alternate way to produce a "fixed" version of PERK_TEXT, or is this just a yet-to-be-implemented piece?

Ah. I guess I'm less worried about using the new TEXT tag instead of PERK_TEXT, but rather the lack of

<!--IFNAME--><i><!--NAME-->:</i> <!--/IFNAME-->

in front of the relevant &lt;!--<i>FOO</i>_TEXT--&gt; tag for Skills, Perks, and Talents, all of which have a Name field and it seems most of the export files don't show it. This is akin to the same style in the Powers section; I'm somewhat curious if there was a reason it was not applied here as well.

Because most of the export templates that you are looking at were created before the name parameter could be exported for anything other than Powers and Equipment.
