Casual STR & Grabs

Bonjour,

If a brick uses his casual strenght to grab a car and then decides to throw it, what is the strenght used to determine range of the throw ?

If he grabs someone, what is the STR used in the STR vs STR roll ? Can he still use his full strenght to hold his grab ?

If he's using his Casual STR, then that's what you base throwing and damage on -- half his STR. However, since making the sort of attacks you describe still constitutes an Attack Action, they wouldn't be Zero-Phase Actions like most uses of Casual STR, so doing it with Casual STR is pretty much meaningless.
