Question 4: Desolid

Can a character take desolid (with appropriate limitations) define it as Invulnerability, thus attacks would stop at them?

Example would be Superman sitting there with his hands on his hips bouncing bullets all day long (Note he rarely does anything besides move in these situations)

That's up to the GM, based on whether he feels it's a valid special effect and won't unbalance the game.
