How much time between a "Bugle Call" and event submission deadline?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to get a good idea of how long before an event submission deadline I should post a "Bugle Call" to the LoH for next year's KublaCon.

1. Eight weeks (two months) before submission deadline
2. Six weeks
3. Four weeks
4. Two weeks
