Likely a Dumb Question but... Name the Hero rules/guidelines?

Well, given that the next one is the only one I had a real concept for, I'm gearing up to enter. However, I can't seem to find information on *how* to submit the entry except for the address to send it to.

Is Hero Designer format fine? HTML?

Also, I hope I have Ben's email right because it'd really stink if my concept isn't valid due to the "meta" issue I'm concerned with...

Ben goes into some detail of what format he would like on the "Name the Hero Contest" thread elsewhere on this board in response to several questions. Here's a capsule of them:

Q. In what form/format would you like the Characters submitted?

A. Ultimately I prefer a character sheet exported by Hero Designer. While ANY format is accepted (as long as it is readable) that is my preference.

Q. How about just attaching the Hero Designer file?

A. That is perfectly fine, but it would make it easier for me to already have the exported file. Just one less step I have to take in compiling all of the entries.

Q. Does WordPerfect format work for you, Ben?

A. Yeah... I use Word and it doesn't have any problem opening up those files, at least as far as I can recall.
