Summoning Followers

Wizard related question. Followers who can be summoned (like Elementals that can be teleported in/created at will). Should the character pay for both Followers and Summoning to assume total control of the created creature?

You should either:

1. Not buy Followers, but just Summon with the Advantage Slavishly Loyal (or some other form of Amicable, if preferred).

OR

2. Buy Followers as normal, then buy a Multipower of various Summon slots with the Specific Being Advantage -- one slot for each Follower you want to Summon.

OR

3. Buy Followers as normal, then buy a Teleportation Usable As Attack ability to "transport" them to you, plus an Enhanced Sense to sense where they are so you can target them. You'll probably need to make both abilities MegaScale.
