That's damn funny. Okay, here goes...
If my mouse has universal translator and I want to buy it down by restricting the languages so that he must be "taught" them (Kind of like the Cramming perk, only for languages) and I were going to require use of pipe cleaners, duct tape, and a kilo of pure heroine, what would the limitation be worth?
(You can't imagine how hard it was to make up a question to fit those answers)
