Are there any plans to license/produce mini's for Hero System games? (Particularly Champions...)

No.

We certainly wouldn't object to working out a licensing deal with a reputable miniatures producer that approached us about doing Hero minis, but we don't have the money to spend on producing them ourselves, nor the time to try to drum up licensing deals ourselves.
