Hey guys, I tried last week and this week to purchase through the online store. When I went to log in, I put in my name and password and clicked on the "Login" button but nothing happens. I thought last week that maybe it was my computer blocking cookies or something, but when I went to my parents (very basic computer stuff there), it did the same thing. I tried several older passwords thinking that might be it, but I didn't get anything saying "invalid password" regardless of what I typed in, nor was I able to log in.
1: Is there trouble with the online store, or is it on my end?
2: If it's my end, how do I know if my password is incorrect?
3: Is there a way to update the login screen so that it tell you:
Invalid password
Cookies are blocking access
Forgot your password, click here to be resent it
I even traveled out to the next city to look for it there, but the "FLGS" (and I use that term loosely here) isn't restocking HERO products (thus, they aren't being Friendly and they aren't Local).
Any help would be appreciated.
