Position Shift on Leaping

Is there a purpose to Position Shift on Leaping? It's not listed under the leaping power - but it is listed under each specific movement power otherwise. Is this 'kipping up'? Or is that reflected by Breakfall?

It's not listed under each specific Movement Power. It's listed generally under "Movement Powers" on 5E 84, with some more specific Teleportation-related notes on 5E 150.

As noted on 5E 84, Position Shift applies to "unusual" forms of movement, like Flight and Teleportation. Offhand I can't see any real applicability to Leaping.
