I am getting ready for my gaming session yesterday... I go to print a combat record sheet... nothing that I really want format-wise... so I cut and paste the results from one of the HTML templates into a spreadsheet... play with the formatting a little bit then print out my combat control card (8 x 5 " notecard).
Then I thought, why go through all that trouble each time I want to print out a combat control card when an export template with proper formatting can output the data for me.
So I put together an export template. It has colspan tags to make everything line up nice and neat when I cut and paste it to the spreadsheet. I just set the column widths to two in the spreadsheet and cut and paste the Preview Combat Record output from the browser to the spreadsheet. With minimal editing it is ready to print on a combat control card.
EDIT - The export displays two tables. The first has character name, DEX, SPD, PHASES, OCV, DCV, ECV, CSLs in separate columns. The second displays character name, STUN, BODY, END, CON, REC, PD, rPD, ED, rED and movement types with rates in separate columns.
Here is a link to a webpage showing the output from the export template. Then an image of a screen print of the spreadsheet after the cut and paste, the top part of the image is the raw data, the bottom part is after minimal editing.

The single quotes marks in the PD, rPD, ED and rED entries keep the spreadsheet from reading them as dates.
