I need help. Yes, I know that goes without saying, but....

I need to figure out how to attach files to a post. I know you can attach web links and pictures, but how do you attach a word perfect doc? How do I convert it to an acceptable format?

There is an Attach File field underneath the window you type into and before the Submit Reply button.

Yup, there it is.....
Unfortunately, I can't seem to get .wpd or .pdf documents into an acceptable format.
