A friend ordered Hero Designer from the Online Store for me for my birthday, two weeks ago wednesday. It never arrived. Is there any way in heck to track it or find out what's going on?

I don't know for sure how the backend of the online store works, but I suspect it would be helpful for the folks at Hero to know who your friend is so they can track down the order. :)

Hero Designer was delivered. To my friend Edgar, the man that ordered it as a gift for me. My address was the one that it was to be delivered to. He assures me that my address was the delivery address he attached when he ordered it.
I'm not very impressed with the customer service at the Hero Games Online Store.
