How would you build the power that allows a human to mentally control computers
I think, Telepathy (machine class minds) w/ computer programming skill roll. As well (maybe) as Mind control (machine class minds) w/ computer programming skill roll. As well as Raido perception/Transmission. What do you all think?

What you have there sounds good to me.

You are pretty close.
Lets break it down
-Telepathy allows you to communicate with the computer. You can read files, see what's on the display, etc. Combined with the programming roll you can probably make the same modifications you could if you were there in person.
-Mind control lets you give the machine orders it is forced to obey. Stuff like "delete this file", or "open this security door". The programming roll isn't needed as long as you are making it do things it already knows how to do. (The same way you don't need a psychotherpy roll to make humans do what you want with this power)
-How you actually interface with the computer is all special effects. You don't actually need to buy radio percieve/transmit to use the above abilites. You can just say you have a computer link and leave it at that. If you buy the power anyway it won't help your Telepathy or Mind Control, but it will let you pick up cd radio & such.

Thanks for your help.
The idea behind the character is he is a computer hacker that doesn't actually need a computer, he can do it all with his mind.

Consider also having the character buy a Computer that is not bought through a Focus/equipment. The SFX is that it is, "built in," to his mind/brain.

This thread (http://www.herogames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5963) may be a little different from what you have in mind, but the character works in our campaign.

Here is my Current Incarnation.
Mind Control 10d6 (Machine class of minds), Telepathic (+1/4), Reduced Endurance (0 END; +1/2), Continuous (+1) (137 Active Points); Concentration (0 DCV; -1/2), Stops Working If Mentalist Is Stunned (-1/2), Linked (Telepathy; Lesser Power can only be used when character uses greater Power at full value; -1/2), Requires A Computer Programming Roll (Active Point penalty to Skill Roll is -1 per 20 Active Points; -1/4)
Telepathy 10d6 (Machine class of minds), Reduced Endurance (0 END; +1/2) (75 Active Points); Concentration (0 DCV; -1/2), Stops Working If Mentalist Is Stunned (-1/2), Requires A Computer Progamming Roll (Active Point penalty to Skill Roll is -1 per 20 Active Points; -1/4)
Tell me what you think.

Your hacker is going to have a -7 on his Skill Rolls. To have a 50/50 chance of success, he needs Computer Programming at 18-. What's his skill levels in CP like?

looks cool to me...if you have the Until superpowers book check under cyberkinetics (if that is in there) otherwise it looks cool to me ...you just need to check with yur GM 'cause computers don't have ego so you'll need to treat Int as Ego (+- zero).....

Thank you. No I do not have the Until Superpowers book. Checking with the GM is the next step, though this will actually be for a future character (I already have the character built, now I just need to write the history).
