Spawn

has anyone stated up spawn? or a close facsimily? if so can i get an hdc file of him? and or maybe cloak from cloak and dagger?

Spawn would be tough. I'd say he would have a Cosmic Power Pool.

Cloak shouldn't be to bad. Darkness powers as well as extra dimentional t'port. Few other tidbits as well.

The last Spawn version I know of was also undead, so... Damage Resistance/Armor/Damage Reduction would also be appropriate, depending on your tastes.

Cloak: I would also include a Mental Illusion (victims not protected by Dagger had terrible visions in his dark realm where they were manhandled etc...) and also a Drain of some kind (BODY and/or STUN - victims had their "light" sucked out of them). Also - Missile Deflection? When he opened his cloak wide enough, he could send bullets into the darkness of his cloak.
