If you were going to take saturday morning cartoons and turn them into a legitimate superteam (Superfriends have been done) who would you take?

Right now I am looking at:

Blue Falcon
Space Ghost
...and I am drawing a blank

Perhaps the Super 7?

Have one of the Herculoids join perhaps?

Samurai Jack would be high on my list. Danny Phantom. Maybe the Crimson Chin. Just depends.

(I'm skipping the obviously out of context ones like the Dino Boy, the Herculoids and The Mighty Mightor).

Birdman
The Impossibles (Coil-Man, Fluid-Man, Multi-Man)
Frankenstein, Jr.
The Galaxy Trio (Vapor Man, Meteor Man, and Gravity Girl )
The Mighty Hercules
Shazzan!
Spy Shadow
Inch High Private Eye
Young Samson (& Goliath)
The Teen Force (Kid Comet, Moleculelad, Elektra)

Not Cartoons, but still Saturday morning superheroes:

Electra Woman and Dyna Girl
Isis

Whitewings

Danny Phantom would be a good choice. Others might include Super Samurai, Isis (she was done in animation after her live-action series, so she qualifies), Web Woman, Hadji, and Sinbad Jr.

The Justice Friends!

One Honolulu Hot Foot, coming up!

Powerpuff Girls with a new name and a more serious tone would be interesting - three Supergirl-clones can lay some serious smackdown.

Underdog!

Were it me, I'd keep the anthropomorphics out of it (or in their own game).

So I guess Mighty Mouse is out too?

Let's not forget the students of Hero High:

Captain California
Glorious Gal
Weatherman

...and others. ;)

Hey...with Sky High due out soon, what do you think the odds are of some corporate type pushing a DVD compilation of the Hero High episodes, hoping to cash in on the Sky High publicity?

Actually, just make them human if possible. Underdog means the one expected to lose, so make a scrappy never say die kind of hero based on that name who somehow wins out :)

What about The Yound Sentinels? I loved that show. Just scroll down at... http://www.tvparty.com/sat77.html

BTW - does anyone know where you can find the Fantastic Four cartoons from '67?
