View Full Version : Small PBEM Opportunity

I'm starting up a new PBEM game and need players.
There will be a limited number of spots, however I'm open to letting
people lurk and join the gameplay as opportunities arise.

The game will be using Hero 5th Rules.

Starting Setting: Earth 2275.

The PCs are a group of supers gathered by the United Earth
Organization. Their mission is to respond to a distress message from
one of Earth's closest allies. This particular ally is repsonsible
for not only the great techological advances the planet has seen in
the last century, but our vastly improved space program. The UEO
handpicked each PC for this mission. This is also the first mission
the UEO's space program has sent out. The story begins as the journey to this planet begins.

Space Opera Superheroes, eh? I'm interested. I've been looking to get back into a PBEM for a while, and this looks to combine a couple of my favorite genres.

Are you looking for standard 350-point supers? Any specific archetypes?

So... what are the character building guidelines? Any particular alien races? etc, etc...

I have very LITTLE experience with PBEM games. I would however like to give it a try. If the characters are 350 pts, I have a flying brick I'd like to play.

This sounds as though it will be an exciting campaign. Everything that was stated about it makes me believe that I would like to join in. Even with the little actual experience that I have with PBEMs, I would like to participate.
