SH Demo (Denver, Aug 12)

Shameless plug: I'm going to be running a Star Hero demo August 12, 6-10pm at Valhalla's in Wheat Ridge, CO (West Denver). The scenario is one I ran at BenCon in June that went over pretty well. It's set in Alien Wars, `tho with a few changes.

“Tau Draconis – Reconnaissance”
The Tau Draconis colony has been invaded by an unknown alien force. The Brass is sending a relief fleet, but you know how they hate jumping into situations with no intel. So they’ve sent an elite commando team (you) to scout things out. All you have to do is get shot from an orbital rail gun onto an enemy-held planet, evade an alien army armed with unknown technology, infiltrate their headquarters, decipher their plans, and report back before the fleet arrives. Hey, if it was easy they’d send anyone!

Oh well. I've had to cancel my demo game on the 12th. I'm actually having dental surgery that morning and it'd be hard to ref while holding the bag of ice to my jaw and trying not to bleed on the minis. :(

I'll try it again next month and let y'all know when I have a date.

Talked me into it. :) At this point it'll have to wait until after Tacticon tho. I'm busy eneough getting ready for the games I'm running there!
