Starting to put together some pages on general HERO System info and discussions on my website. Most of it will be extracted from posts Ive made on various forums and email correspondence Ive conducted over the years to people asking me questions.

I just finished the rough draft of the 1st such document; it is located here:

An excellent document. A few spelling errors that a spell checker could catch, but extremely informative. Rep'd.

Made some edits to the Anatomy of a HERO page, and put up vestigial portal page to tie the topic together:

As noted, the first posting was a rough draft. I think Ive caught most of the spelling errors now, but I'm always happy to get an editor if anyone wants to take it upon themselves :D

Added a debunk to the reoccuring Equipment costing Points myth:

That looks like it could be quite an excellent resource.

I rather like your language rules, by the way.

Thanx! I realized that I have written a lot about the game system in general as opposed to specific implementations of it on message boards and in emails, but had never put any of it on my own web site. One of those bright light moments.

I realized that of course... but I figured, it never hurts to know about it again. Gods only know I need an editor for the stuff I write.

I didn't notice anything on another run through, but I'm feeling a bit cross-eyed from work today.. i'll have to give it a go tomorrow.

Yeah, the language rules are good, these have floated around in parallel developments for some time as it's a natural take on them (I have mixed feelings, though I think this is probably overall a better approach). What I really like is the Complementary system which I've not seen others discuss, that's a very useful, consistent, and elegant component.
