Hiya gang,
I have a few questions about HD ...
(PC 1.5gig Proc, 512m Ram, WinME)
1) I was printing a character out from an exported file and the right margin got cut. Is this common? Anyone know how I can fix this?
2) When printing the characters, I noticed that when I put a list in for martial arts, the name shows up after the martial arts, with the header saying something akin to Martial Arts [Style Name] showing up above it. Am I doing something wrong here?
3) I noticed that Equipment doesn't print on the RTF versions of the characters sheets ... which is the only one I could use to print out the sheets.

1) What program are you using to print? If you're using IE (common for the HTML exports) then go to File -> Page Setup... and set the margins to be small (.25" or .5", depending on what your printer can handle). I'd also remove the header and footer from the page setup while you're at it....

2) That's entirely a function of the export template that you choose. Which template are you using to export? That should help for a start, as whoever made it can tell you why they have it set that way (and whether it was intentional or not).

3) Again, this is a function of the export template that you choose. The main point to the export process is that it's completely customizable, so any issues that you have with a particular template can (generally) be accomplished....all you have to do is ask.

I agree with Dan. As a maker of one of the export templates if someone found it to not work correctly, I would jump right on it and get it fixed.

So, ah, which export template did you use? :)

For the equipment, you can amend the export template you like with the Equipment export tags; check the last few pages of the HD documentation.

The RTF Export templates are more complicated, but the HTML Export templates are just HTML with the programmatic hooks imbedded as comment tags. Very flexible & customizable.
