Sorry if this was already covered...
Using 2.42, I am trying to make a MP with charges costing END as follows:
Ninja Tags: Multipower, 30-point reserve, (30 Active Points); all slots Requires A Ninjutsu Roll (-1/2), OIF Expendable (Easy to obtain new Focus; -1/2), 12 Charges (-1/4), Costs Endurance (Only Costs END to Activate; -1/4), Linked (Dagger; -1/4)
I can add items in easily enough, such as (text from the MP slot):
Ninja Flash: Sight and Hearing Groups Flash 5d6 (30 Active Points); Requires A Ninjutsu Roll (-1/2), OIF Expendable (Easy to obtain new Focus; -1/2), Linked (Dagger; Lesser Power can only be used when character uses greater Power at full value; -1/2), Costs Endurance (Only Costs END to Activate; -1/4)
(flash outside of slot: Ninja Flash: Sight and Hearing Groups Flash 5d6)
The only problem is periodically, while working on the character it decides:
Object not allowed in list
Costs Endurance cannot be applied to Flash.
Reason: Costs Endurance cannot be applied to an ability which already costs END.
Flash will be placed outside of the Multipower.
By "periodically", I mean it does not immediately reject the inclusion in the MP, but will randomly pop up after I work on other powers. It then proceed to periodically complain about other powers in the MP, kicking each out as I continued to work on the character
