2 Qeustions

1 Were can I find the rule concerning the second exact same focus for 5 pts(FRED wise). An example is Warbirds wrist rocket from CKC page 39. I look under foucus and the wepon section and couldn't find anything.

2 How would you do this with hero designer.

I know the first qeustion is a rule qeustion but thought I could kill two birds with one post and because I assume I'm just blind and anybody can answer it.

Thanks

Just use a Custom Power to buy the second focus.

Yes but where can the rule be found? I was wondering that myself.

It's a variation of the "Have twice as many for + 5 points" that's used in followers, vehicles, computers, Duplication, Summoning, and the like.

Acutally, that would be an enhancement that I would be most appreciative of.
The adder would not be such a big deal for characters, but would definately be great for bases/vehicles, where you are likely to have multiples of weapons, etc.

Where does it say that the adder is available for character foci? Clearly it's been used as such for certain published characters... but where in the rules does it explicitly say that it is available?

Pg 309. "At the GM's Option, characters in any type of campaign may double the number of a particular piece of equipment, weapon, or object they have for +5 points."

Do the two items need to be exactly identical???
Could one be goos and one be evil, as long as they are of the same power level, and a close approximation of each other?

According to the rules, they have to be the SAME statwise. If you want to define one as evil and the other as good, that's just a special effect (although a darn peculiar one in this case). =)
