City Maps: the Dark Side of the City

So I’d like to run a scenario in the burned out and abandoned parts of Detroit. The idea is a feral hunter/serial killer that’s been taking out bums, teenagers and now cops within a specific area of abandoned warehouses. Now the hero’s have to go in and put a stop to this thing on its own turf. I’d like to set up a Gotham type feel with the heroes scouring the seedy underside of the city.
Here’s the problem… I’m from Denver, CO. Butterflies and pretty mountains. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on a suitable map to represent this rundown, beat up nightmare piece of the city? Anyone have something like this? Or even a map of the wastes of Detroit. I’d prefer digital format that I can get my hands on pretty quickly.
