If I remember correctly, fuel charges top out at +0. HD is currently charging bonuses for them.

You're not remembering correctly ;)

Steve is in the process of finalizing the rules on Charges (including Fuel Charges), but they in no way top out at +0. That only comes into play for Powers which do not cost END (before Charges is applied).

If you use a vehicle template and assign a Fuel Charge to a Movement Power, it will top out at +0.

Actually, that was what I was doing, and it didn't.

Hrrrmmm....odd. I could have sworn I included that in the new code for Charges.

I'll get that adjusted for the next update (coming out tomorrow).
