Update 1.41 is now available for download.
This update fixes every issue that I am aware of in the application and marks the "code freeze" for v1. Bug fixes only after this point.
Among the changes:
Bug Fixes:

Cut/Paste between characters throws off list numbering

Force Wall adding to Mental Defense total during export

Charges not maxing out at +0 for 0-END Powers (note: Boostable will continue to take Charges into the positive range)

Linked shows Powers in Framework slots as available....even when assigned to another Framework slot

Existing (pre-1.39) characters with Continuing Charges on non-Constant Powers causing error during load (Continuing will now be automatically removed during the restore process)

Prefabs not displaying for auto-loaded characters at application startup

Name included in some *_TEXT output during export

Enhancements:

Better control/enforcement of the rules for cross-linking Framework slots

Enjoy!
