It has been stated that when a super pays points to build a weapon he need not pay for weapon familiarity with that weapon. Does it then follow that a character who builds a vehicle with his points does not need to pay for Transportation familiarity to drive that vehicle?
Also, if a super built a weapon and called it a Broad Sword, not paying for WF, can he disarm his opponent and take his “Broad Sword” and use it?
