Who would win THIS clash of comic titans? And why?

Dynomutt is very versatile, but not bright. Blue Falcon is a highly skilled normal with some gadgets.

Avenger is an unusually strong, intelligent and well-trained eagle, but still just a bird. Birdman, OTOH, has solar-powered superstrength and formidable energy-projection powers. Birdman and Avenger should win handily.

During the day. After sundown, though, Birdman is roast squab. ;)

That's covered under "Negative Comeliness" on FREd pp. 23-24. I'd say Yuck would definitely be well below the -10 COM that you can get for "free" by selling back your base Comeliness, so he certainly should pay something.

Dynomutt trashes everyone else, including Blue Falcon -- unintentionally, of course. He's a disaster waiting to happen along the lines of Inspector Clouseau and Maxwell Smart. Mere firepower can't compete with cosmic-level incompetence.
