I need 100's of charges which should be under Advantages.
I am applying this to a RKA.

Good. Take Charges and set it to the appropriate number. You'll find it listed under Limitations, as that is the "default"/normal configuration, but when you take enough of them (or enough of the options/Adders to it), it will become an Advantage.

Tried that. 2000 charges yeilds a +0, whereas 5th rev. indicates a +3 Adv.

Then you're applying it to an ability that does not cost END (which, in accordance with the rules, causes Charges to max out at a +0, regardless of how many you take).

My first post indicated applying charges to RKA
I am attaching the hdc, go to Powers it is the second power.

Applying 2000 Charges to the RKA (second power on the Powers tab) works just fine and maxes Charges out at a +1 (the max for an END-using ability, per 5E and 5ER).

Thank you for looking, but...
Are you seeing something I am not? Yes the display of charges is correct but the displayed modifier is +0, and a manuel check of the Active points is 192, which does not include a +1 for 2000 charges.
Which means I am confused by your last reply

I am showing a value of +1 for 2000 Charges when applied to the power in the character file you attached. I also show the value of Autofire being adjusted appropriately.

I mis typed, then edited for the charges. Which is why you were confused.
However my HD is not displaying what you see as +1 for charges. Is that possible?

Nope.
Here' the display:
C-200 "Dead Man's" Rail Gun: RKA 3 1/2d6, AP (+1/2), Penetrating (+1/2), 2000 Charges (+1), Autofire (20 shots; +1 1/2); OAF (Components: Gun , Ammo container; -1), Requires Multiple Foci or functions at reduced effectiveness (+1/4), -2 Decreased STUN Multiplier (-1/2), Beam (-1/4), No Knockback (-1/4), Real Weapon (-1/4), Conditional Power Power does not work in Uncommon Circumstances (DTR Min: 24; -1/4), Limited Power Power loses about a fourth of its effectiveness (Damage limited by number of charges expended in Attack; -1/4)

I see:
C-200 "Dead Man's" Rail Gun: RKA 3 1/2d6 (vs. ED), 2000 Charges (+0), AP (+1/2), Penetrating (+1/2), Autofire (20 shots; +1 1/2); OAF (Components: Gun , Ammo container; -1), Requires Multiple Foci or functions at reduced effectiveness (+1/4), -2 Decreased STUN Multiplier (-1/2), Beam (-1/4), No Knockback (-1/4), Real Weapon (-1/4), Conditional Power Power does not work in Uncommon Circumstances (STR Min: 24; -1/4), Limited Power Power loses about a fourth of its effectiveness (Damage limited by number of charges expended in Attack; -1/4)

Then you are either not running the current build or are running a custom template (which was not indicated in the character file that you posted).

Alternately, you're not selecting the "2000" from the dropdown list in Charges, but are just typing in the value.

EDIT: Ok so I thought the dropdown only went to 16 but now I t goes farther. Weird.
Thanks for your patience.

If you're using the built-in Automaton template (not selecting it from your filesystem), that's fine and will give the display I indicated above.
If you're selecting the template from the filesystem, then you're using a v1 template (or some other misconfigured custom template).
