Linked Powers and Multi-powers

If two powers are permenatly linked two each other, can they be bought in the same slot of a multipower?

Yes.

In fact the powers don't even have to be connected in any way to share a multipower slot, other than they both have to fit the special effect of the multi and their total active point values have to be less than the multipower reserve.
