Force Wall question

What happens if someone tries to use a non-ranged attack against a person in a force wall ? Like doing a move-through, or using an hth attack (because you have nothing else)???

If the attacker is outside the Force Wall (i.e., the FW is between the attacker and his target), the FW provides its defense as normal. If the attacker is somehow "inside" the FW, the character doesn't get the benefit of its defense.
