is there a Champions of the North coming out for fifth edition, or some similar product focusing on Canada.

No book has been mentioned focusing on a single country at this time AFAIK, but Champions Worldwide will, IIRC, have a variety of Canadian supers in it.

We plan to do another COTN at some point -- in fact, I have a proposal for same sitting on the ol' hard drive. It's one of many titles under consideration for the 2007 schedule.
