Usable as Attack

If an attacker successfully uses Desolidification, Usable as Attack on a target, how long does the target stay desolidified? Would it be better to do this effect with a Transform?

He stays that way as long as the attacker keeps paying END, or until some other thing happens that stops the power from working (attacker gets KO'd, the "reasonable condition" that makes the attack not work crops up, etc.).

If you wanted the effect to be permanent, Transform would probably work better.
