Order status from Hero online store?

Tried e-mailing the following to orders@herogames.com, got no response for two days, so I'm trying it here:

Hi,

Just wondering what method you use to ship to PO Boxes. If my order (see below) was shipped Media Mail, it might be another week before I see it, so no problem. If it was shipped 1st Class or Priority Mail, however, it's well and truely late (shipped May 6th, 8 days ago).

Thanks for the quick reply. I've tracked the package down, now...it was delivered by UPS halfway across town to a guy who'd never heard of me.:eek:

If I could make one small suggestion: post a warning somewhere in the Hero store that you only ship using UPS. If I'd known that was your delivery message, I'd have had the package delivered to my street address and avoided the ensuing hijinx.

If you want to go one better, you could ship all purchases to PO Boxes using USPS Priority Mail.

Anyway, thanks for your help (heads out the door to drive across town to meet the strange individual who signed for his HeroDesigner software). :D
