City Of Heros...HELP!!!!!

I recently purchased City of Heros but I cannot get it to work. Everytime I get to starting to create a character my computer reboots. I downloaded alll of the updates and such but I cannot play ... anyone else have this prob and/or have a solution. Thanks ahead of time for any assist.

I don't really have any suggestsions aside from contacting NCSoft's customer service.

I have a friend who has had it reboot lately when he tries to load up a character in the busiest zone, but even that doesn't happen every time. The patches these days are massive (about 1.6 gb). I hate having it check for bad files because it takes forever now.


So you're able to get past the login screen, but have trouble once you reach the character editor?

Yes I get to the screen and start creating a character and my computer reboots, even tried turning off my firewalls still does it

Have you tried a re-install?

What kind specs you running on your PC?

Might be a problem with your vid card or even just the drivers.
