Question on Summoning

Keep in mind I'm stuck with 4e... Anyway, my mystic character in my PBEM game has a few XP to spend, so I want to purchess a Summon Spell (going for a lesser dragon). How is "Slavishly Loyal" done? Is it a power advantage or extra point I spend in the base cost?

It is an Advantage to the cost. So if you want to Summon a 300 point character, that would cost you 60 points, and then depending on how loyal the character is the Advantage could run from +1/4 to +1, raising the cost from 75 to 120.

In the 4th edition you would probably have to give the summoning target "Totally Loyal to Master" for a psychological limitation [ Common, Total] etc
