Hi everyone. I'm tired of only being able to role-play occasionally on-line and would like to find a group of Hero gamers in my area. I live in Chino, California and would be interested in gaming with anyone in the area. I'd be willing to play or GM, whatever the need be. I also do a lot of artwork and character portraits, as well as maps and other visual aids. Hope to find some people to game with soon. Thanks!

Good lord, I can remember when the area was crawling with gamers. You're not that far (in California miles) from Redlands, San Berdoo, and Riverside (used to be a couple hobby shops in those areas). Colleges all over the place. Used to be military bases too (I lived in the High Desert, stationed at George AFB, from 1983-1987). Simply amazing.

I am in the area. Highland to be exact. Phil has it right, this area used to be swarming with geeks. After I got back from the Navy, they all disappeared. I swear I remember at least 4 or 5 different game shops. Now I can only find one.

I wouldn't mind getting a group together, old habits die hard.

There are posts on this board from Orange County and San Diego groups. Perhaps there is hope yet.

I'll probably be moving back to Redlands in a couple months. I was down there last week... looks pretty dry of gamers. Back in the day they used to be everywhere. All I found was a Warhammer 40k group.
